To empower visually handicapped to lead normal lives by teaching them skillets free of cost

The centre is working for the welfare of blind was established in 1996 by Late Shri J S Sharma, himself a blind.

The centre has arrangement for 40 pupils for free boarding and training. They are also provided clothing, medical aid and items free of cost.

The aim of JRTC is to empower them to get employment/self employment and lead productive independent lives whether or not they have the resources to get trained.

Our motto "Learn & Earn"

Most of these children belong to poor families who cannot take care of their special needs.

We provide free education from I to VIII standard.

Free boarding facility, clothes, medical and food.

We provide these visually impaired children with vocational training in computers, music, tabla, chair canning for all and home science for girls.
